On September 17 at the Ottawa Art Gallery (10 Daly Ave), the city’s culinary community came together for Harvest – A Feast of Fall, a cocktail-style evening in support of Youturn Youth Support Services. Guests explored food and beverage stations, sampling seasonal creations while connecting with friends at high-tops and lounge spaces.
A Night of Food, Drink & Community
Harvest Fest was more than an event—it was a celebration of community and the power of food to bring people together. Guests were treated to a variety of chef-inspired dishes and cocktails designed to highlight the flavours of the season and showcase Ottawa’s vibrant culinary scene.
Our team was proud to showcase seasonal cocktails from The Hyde Bar and Maison Charron Terrasse & Bar, including the Summer Breeze and the Strawberry Basil Margarita mocktail. These were complemented by the Phoenician Spiced Beef Tataki from Restaurant 18, as we joined fellow chefs, artisans, and food lovers in support of an incredible cause.
Raising Funds for At-Risk Youth
At its heart, Harvest Fest was about impact. Proceeds supported Youturn Youth Support Services, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Ottawa’s most at-risk youth.
Youturn provides 24/7 on-call support across Eastern Ontario, in both French and English, to youth who are often navigating the justice system, child welfare, street-level violence, or human trafficking. Their model combines counselling, education, clinical treatment, and practical supports to help youth and families build on strengths, develop resilience, and set out on a path toward stability and success.
Programs succeed because Youturn recognizes the unique and complex challenges each client faces, tailoring their services to meet individual needs and guide youth through barriers to brighter futures.
A Shared Commitment
We are proud to have joined Ottawa’s culinary leaders in support of such an important cause. To our incredible team across Restaurant 18, Maison Charron, The Hyde Bar, Sidedoor, Social, and The Clarendon Tavern—thank you. Your talent and dedication made this evening possible.
At 18 Hospitality Group, we remain committed to standing alongside organizations like Youturn and continuing to make a positive impact in our community.
