WEDDING CAKES

Our in house Pastry Chef Lia Turcotte specializes in wedding cake design and

would be happy to create a special wedding cake just for you.  She works directly

with the bride & groom to customize a cake that will represent their special

day. Once a contract has been signed with Eighteen, and you would like to have

your wedding cake made by our Pastry Chef, Lia will meet with you to discuss

design details, flavor options, size and cost. Orders must be placed 6 months in

advance and is based on her availability.

PLACE CARDS & SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

A detailed seating arrangement featuring each guests assigned seat can be

provided along with individual place cards for guest orientation. The decorative

place cards may be accented with details echoing the wedding decor and are an

exceptional tool to both encourage conversation amongst guests who don't know

one another as well as to ensure promptness of seating following the cocktail

reception. A welcome seating plan can also be displayed at the front entrance

so that guests may locate their assigned table throughout the restaurant.

DIRECTION CARDS

Direction maps to the restaurant location can be provided for all local or

out-of-town guests. Menu cards are also available in order for you to confirm

your guests dietary requirements or allergies.

PRINTED MENUS

A variety of designed menus are available to choose from. Have your menu

printed in a range of styles or materials.

FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS & DECOR

Floral centerpieces and decorative arrangements can be supplied to enhance

the ambiance. Choose from a variety of seasonal themes or color palettes to

best suit your reception needs. Also available are baskets for the ladies

restroom prepared with a needle & thread, safety pins, feminine products

and mints supplied for the total comfort of your invitees.

LIVE MUSIC & D.J.

Live entertainment can be arranged for your reception. From Retro-soul 80's

to Classic Jazz, just let us know which style of music you require during dinner

and on the dance floor. Should you prefer to make your own entertainment

arrangements, please contact the event coordinator for scheduling an access

time for set-up. Please note that e18hteen is equipped with a speech podium,

5-disk C.D. changer, i-pod as well as a microphone with cord.

COAT CHECK

Although coat hooks surround e18hteen's dinning room, you may want to offer

your guests the advantage of a full coat check service complete with tickets.

This service is quite helpful in eliminating clutter while relieving guests of the

added responsibility of surveying their own coats. Please note that e18hteen is

not responsible for any damage or loss of the guest's belongings.
