Our Wine Philosophy
Our wine list has been designed to accentuate our menu. Our emphasis is on premium Canadian VQA wines and international producers that are dedicated to and passionate about the art of winemaking. We seek wines that best reflect the expression of their “Terroir” and are true to varietal character.
