Our Wine Philosophy

Our wine list has been designed to accentuate our menu. Wines are listed by grape variety without the confusion of region or tradition.  Our emphasis is on premium Canadian V.Q.A. wines and international producers that are dedicated and passionate in the art of winemaking. We seek wines that best reflect the expression of their “Terroir” and are true to varietal character.
